On Saturday, September 14 from 10am to 1pm at Friends Forever International in Durham, Bowenwork for Fascial Health will host a community clinic, free for college students and children (18 and under) and $25 for adults.
At the clinic, Practitioners Ainslee Farrington, Cheryl Brown and Lisa Toole will offer mini-Bowenwork sessions designed to promote fascial health for all ages.
Defined as the soft tissue component of the connective tissue system that permeates the human body, fascia forms a whole-body continuous 3-dimensional matrix of structural support.
“Bowenwork acts like a tuning instrument for healthy fascia,” explained Farrington. “This clinic is a chance to experience it for yourself.”
Bowenwork for Fascial Health offers community clinics on the second Saturday of each month from 10 am to 1 pm at Friends Forever International, 1 Morgan Way, Durham.
